why the mountain?

“This is a personal training programme?” I can hear you ask!

“What has that got to do with mountains.”

Throughout history, mountains have symbolised many many things:

  • For some, they symbolise connection to a higher self
  • For some they symbolise consistency and permanency
  • If you are climbing a mountain out of choice and purpose, they represent achievement, overcoming obstacles and conquering success!
  • If you are thrust into a situation beyond your control, they can represent a hard journey, pushing uphill.

For More You, my mountains represent two things:

  1. What I want to give you.

In my foundations course, the stronger we can make your foundations, the higher you can build.

And lets face it, mountains are pretty high!

  1. What you want to achieve.

Everybody comes to More You with different goals, different purposes. Whatever yours is, I want to support you in achieving success and overcoming your obstacles, so that you get to the top of your own mountain with a sense of pride and self-belief. Rather than battling uphill.


These mountains also represent freedom! Freedom from pain, freedom from stiffness, freedom to explore the great outdoors! Whether that’s skiing down a literal mountain, or hiking up it without knee pain!
